In 2025, the club competitions and information nights will aim to enhance and challenge members’ technical skills and ability to produce photography that has an impact and creates an emotional response from the viewer.
Members should aspire to tell a story, keep the viewer captivated and push beyond opportunistic photography and comfort zones.
All club members can use the above philosophy to set the direction for their photographic journey, and the club will endeavour to nurture and encourage each member by using the expertise available both in the club and externally.
Changes may be made to the topics and dates below. Any changes will be communicated at club meetings, in the Shutterbug newsletter, members’ Facebook Group or on the club website.
