If you’d like to know more about nominating for a committee position, how the AGM runs, or how proxy voting works, all the details are below.
Committee Position Nominations
Nominate yourself or another member for a committee role using the form below.
- Forms must be physically signed and received by the Secretary no later than Monday, 28 September 2026.
- Scanned copies can also be emailed to secretary@prestonphotographicclub.net.
- The last club meeting before the AGM will be on Monday, 28 September 2026.
Proxy Voting
If you can’t attend the AGM but would like your vote counted, you can nominate another member to act as your proxy.
- Proxy forms must be signed and dated.
- They must be presented to the Chairperson before the AGM begins.
