Member Fees

Membership fees may be paid in person to the Treasurer on club meeting nights or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

If paying via EFT, please ensure to include your name in the reference.

The fee is for a full calendar year*.

Once membership fees are received, the Competition Steward will contact you with login details for Photo Contest Pro. Photo Contest Pro is the online portal for uploading your competition images. You will also receive the Club Handbook, which lists our yearly competition and outing details.

2026 Member Fees

  • Standard: $70.00
  • Standard Concession: $60.00**
  • Social: $50.00
  • Standard Members and Standard Concession Members may participate in club photo competitions, attend meetings, workshops and outings. Please note that you must be a financial member to submit images into a competition.
  • Social Members may participate in club meetings, workshops and outings.

Joining between 1 July and 31 December

If you are joining between 1 July and 31 December, you are only required to pay half of the membership fee listed. See the club treasurer for more details.

**Concession only applies for Government issued Pension card holders.

Join Us

The Preston Photographic Club gets together on the second and fourth Monday evenings each month—check our Program tab for the latest details, as we take a summer break over Christmas and January, and sometimes switch to Tuesday if a Monday is a public holiday.

Got a fifth Monday? That’s our social night! A relaxed evening to meet fellow photographers, swap stories, and share inspiration.

New to the club? You’re more than welcome to drop by a meeting and chat with one of our committee members about joining—no cameras required for the first visit!
